What stops a Regent's catapult move at a gate?
Several experienced players agree; no official ruling.

A gate controlled by the Empire doesn't stop Regents (or the Empire), but it stops Outlaws. A gate controlled by a rival Regent stops pure Regent pieces, though a fleet that includes Imperial ships can pass it. A damaged Imperial ship in the gate doesn't change that.
