Almost everything: ships, buildings, resources, Outrage, Power, First Regent, your Regent or Outlaw status and everything in your play area. Favors are kept unless you switch Fate. Only what the Intermission clears is reset: Trophies and Captives go back to their owners, frozen resources (including the Imperial fund) are returned, damaged pieces are destroyed, and Court cards other than the Imperial Council are shuffled back into the deck.
