How do the Caretaker's Golems and the Golem Hearth work?

Golems aren't resources, so effects that target resources don't affect them. They start each Act Awake and may be placed in the Hearth or any slot. A golem spent or discarded by a Rival goes into an empty resource slot of the Caretaker, and Golem Law applies to everyone, including the Caretaker.
