If all my attacking ships are destroyed, does my damage still land, and can I still raid?
The rulebook states this directly.

Your hits still land on the defender, since all results resolve together, but raiding needs at least one attacking ship left, so you can't spend keys. Destroyed attackers go to the defender as trophies.
