Components
Basic set for the tree game Arbos. Contents: 1 trunk, 1 base, 16 branches, 25 leaves.
Rules for Arbos
For 1–6 players, recommended from age 6. Each player receives the same number of pieces.
The player who begins determines the possible incline (difficulty level) by shifting the base.
Turns proceed clockwise. Each player, using only one hand, places one piece into any hole of the growing tree.
Whatever falls off is taken by the player who caused it to fall and added to their own stock.
If the tree stands still, it is the next player's turn.
a) Whoever is first to get rid of all their pieces is the winner...
b) Or play by your own rules, as you like.
Additional Rules for the Card Game
The playing cards are shuffled and placed face down on the table. The trunk and base are set up; branches and leaves are distributed among the players.
In the 1st round, each player places one branch in turn, clockwise.
From the 2nd round on, the player whose turn it is draws the top card and follows its instruction as far as possible.
Whatever falls off is taken by the player who caused it.
