The usual Aquaretto rules apply, except as described below.

When a player takes a coworker, he can take the new coworker tile, which is still in the middle of the table. The player places the tile face up in his play area.
The player places the tile in his play area and the coworker on this tile. The player can have at most two coworkers in the training area.
Coworkers in the training area cannot be moved.

The player earns 2 additional points for each animal with red lightning symbols in his water park for each coworker in his training area. Thus, when the player has 2 coworkers in his training area, he earns 4 additional points for each animal with red lightning symbols.
The player with the training area can train animals with red lightning. If these animals are in his water park adjacent to a trainer, the player receives additional points for the trainer!
