Components

5 green dice, 5 red dice, 10 black dice, 55 cards, 96 coins, Instructions.

Players

2 to 5 players

Purpose of the Game

Be the first player to get 20 coins.

Preparation

Give each player one red, one green and two black dice. They also receive 2 coins and three random cards. Place the rest of the coins in the centre of the table (which will be the central treasure) and place all the remaining cards in the centre of the table in a pile face down. Each player rolls their dice and the player with the most coins will start the game (in case of a tie, the tied players will roll again until there is only one winner).

How to Play

The starting player is the first to roll the dice. You can throw the dice as many times as you want, always reserving one dice on each roll. You keep any skulls that come up. Once you're done, perform the actions on the dice. You can play a card from your hand before or after rolling the dice (optional and only one per turn).

Dice Actions

  • A) Skull: nothing happens if you have 1 or 2. You miss your turn if you get 3, return a coin to the central treasury and steal a card from the centre pile. You cannot carry out the actions for your other dice. *The 3 skulls card allows you to avoid this situation and carry out the actions for the 4th dice.
  • B) Coin: pick a coin from the central treasury.
  • C) Card: steal a card from the centre pile.
  • D) Bomb: steal a coin from another pirate of your choice.

All cards must be played before or after each player's turn except the prohibition card, which you can play when another pirate tries to do something to you (whether card or dice), making it impossible for them to carry out this action and making them miss the action they wanted to do.

End of the Game

The first player to get 20 coins will automatically win the game.

Composition of the Dice

  • Green: 3 coin sides, 1 card side, 1 bomb side, 1 skull side.
  • Black: 2 coin sides, 1 card side, 1 bomb side, 2 skull side.
  • Red: 1 coin side, 1 card side, 1 bomb side, 3 skull side.

Composition of the Cards

  • A) Coin: pick a coin from the central treasury. (10 cards)
  • B) Change the dice: change one of your dice for any other one you wish belonging to another player. (10 cards)
  • C) Skulls: hand over this card if you get three skulls to not lose any coins and win three coins. (10 cards)
  • D) Card: steal a random card from another player's hand. (10 cards)
  • E) Dice Rotation: rotate all players' dice in the direction you want. (5 cards)
  • F) Change dice: change all of your dice for the dice belonging to another player. (5 cards)
  • G) Forbidden: avoid them from doing any action to you. (5 cards)
