Is there a limit on how many resources and moons I can store, and when do I discard?
The designer ruled the limits are enforced only at the end of your turn, which overrides the older rulebook wording.

Yes — the limits are 10 energy, 5 each of titanium, ice, nanocarbon and credits, a tactics-card hand limit (5 at the start), and 4 claimed moons. These are soft caps: you may exceed them during your turn, even from gains on other players' turns or at event resolution, and you only discard down at the end of your own turn. The rulebook's older wording about discarding a moon at once to make room is superseded by this ruling.
