Do I get a discovery token for reaching the top of the Science track?
The rulebook's Track Specific Spaces section states where tokens come from.

No. You claim a discovery token when you reach a discovery token space on the Science track or when you flip the Observatory development card. Reaching the top of the track gives none by itself.
