When do I gain the VP printed on a module's moon slot or on a moon?
The rulebook says the slot VP is scored once when slotting and input moons become the cost.

A VP printed on a slot is gained once when you slot a moon into it, even on a damaged module; you do not pay it again on activation. VP printed on a moon is gained when the module is activated if it is in an output slot, or lost as a cost if in an input slot. A module with an empty input slot can't be activated until a moon is slotted.
