When does the game end, and who gets final turns?
The rulebook's Game End section states this.

The game ends when any player's VP marker reaches or passes the terminus. The active player finishes their turn, then every player takes one more turn, including the player who triggered the end. When the end is triggered the event marker is removed, and event cards can't be triggered during the final turns. You may Return to Station on your last turn.
