Can I use a leftover powered-up Exosuit to untangle an Exosuit Warp tile at game end?

Yes. Unused Exosuits stay on your board until step 6D, after the game-end check, so a powered-up one can be returned to remove an Exosuit Warp tile. The rulebook's step 6A wording that sent them away too early was errata'd.
