Can I set Focus to a past Era without paying back a Warp tile, and does the Time Travel track move?
Yes, you may set Focus without repaying anything — typically to build a Superproject from that Era — but the Time Travel track then does not advance. The track counts only the operation of setting Focus with a Power Plant and repaying a Warp tile; other effects simply award their VP directly.
