How do I count Time Travel ranges for the endgame condition?
The official FAQ gives the table and the designer confirmed 114 and the labs.

Add the range of each Power Plant and Superproject once: 101, 112, 113 and Lab 401 count 1; 102, 103, 104, 108 and Lab 402 count 2; 105, 106, 107, 109, 111, 115 and Temporal Tourism count 3; 110 counts 4. Power Plant 114 counts 3, not 6, and Labs 401 and 402 count only once.
