Is a Power Plant's range counted from the current Era or from my Focus, and can I stack ranges?
The designer explained this in two threads and it matches the official FAQ.

Always from the current Era. You cannot add Power Plant ranges together, you cannot set Focus to the present, but you may set it to the same past Era again. Two time-travel actions can therefore pay back two Warp tiles in the same Era.
