How does Power Plant 114 work: two time travels, cost, and range?
One activation lets you time travel twice and each travel can repay a Warp tile, scoring the track once per item sent back. Both ranges are measured separately from the present (never added), and both may go to the same Era or to different Eras. The designer says it costs 1 Water, although the printed tile omits that.
