Anachrony
Do Life Supports 311 and 312 stack on the Supply action's water cost?
The rulebook text says both together remove the cost; it supersedes the older halve-twice ruling.

Yes, they stack, and owning both now means the Supply action costs no water (the rulebook says so). The older 2017 designer ruling and FAQ halved twice instead, but the Essential Edition and Infinity text replaced that. Apply the Life Support halving before the Grand Reservoir's -1.
