What can glitches be placed on, and how do they affect things?

A glitch on an empty building disables it for this Era and on a full one the next. On a worker or path marker it stops retrieval if still there at Era end. A glitched Exosuit slot gives no water or power-up, though you can still warp an Exosuit onto it. Anomalies can be placed on a glitched building; the publisher rules the Anomaly sits under the Glitch.
