When does Chronossus pass, and what does a failed action do?
It passes when it decides not to Blink (an empty Flux case) or cannot, and has no Exosuit left to place. It never passes just because its action space is full: it takes 1 VP and discards one active Exosuit. A failed action not needing an Exosuit (such as Remove Anomaly with none to remove) doesn't pass or discard.
