Which Chronossus actions use an Exosuit, and does it draw a Flux core?
Not every action: Reboot and Time Travel need no Exosuit. With no Exosuit there is no blink check and no Flux core drawn for Time Travel. Chronossus draws a Flux core only when it has a blink-ready suit and a legal blink target.
