Can I leave Focus on the same past Era and pay back a second Warp tile there?
The designer confirmed this in several threads and it matches the official FAQ.

Yes, but each payback needs its own time-travel action, so you need another Power Plant (or a second use through Power Plant 114). Focus does not have to move, as long as the Era is within that Power Plant's range counted from the present. A single action never clears two tiles.
