Can I keep taking actions after I take the Evacuation action, and how often can I evacuate?
The rulebook limits the action to once per game, and designer accounts confirmed play continues afterwards.

Yes, keep playing: evacuating moves people to your Path city, not off the game. The action can be taken only once per game, your Path marker stays on the tile to show the order, and its Exosuit returns to your supply in Clean up. You just can't earn more points from your Evacuation condition. Evacuation can come at any time between Impact and the end and need not be your last action.
