How often can Librarian Cornella use Focused Research?
The publisher said the power can be used only once; the rulebook text sets it in the Clean up phase.

Once per Clean up phase she may pay 3 Water to take a Research action, with no Exosuit or worker needed. The publisher confirmed it can be used only once, so you spend no more than 3 Water.
