Do workers from the Cloning Vat arrive tired or active?
The designer's post says the Cloning Vat is the only ability that gives tired workers; the rulebook's Cloning Vat entry says Tired.

Tired. The Cloning Vat gives a worker of the same type in your Tired column, and the designer noted it is the only ability in the game that hands out tired workers. Other effects that add a worker, such as the Dark Matter Converter, place them in the Active column.
