Where does an Anomaly go, and can it cover a Superproject?
The rulebook gives the placement rules and the designer confirmed Superprojects are never covered.

It goes on the leftmost free building spot of your Player board (you choose the row if tied). It never covers a Superproject, because Superprojects are not buildings. Only when no spot is free does it cover one of your buildings, making that building unavailable until the Anomaly is removed.
