Do adventure rewards that grant extra actions need extra workers or Exosuits?
The designer answered in the Pioneers thread and the community FAQ gives the Adrenaline Shots case.

No. You take the extra actions with the Worker you sent on the adventure, and its restrictions still apply, so you can hit an action that worker cannot do. Adrenaline Shots reuse the same worker and Exosuit, but you pay each adventure's water cost.
