Where do green discs start in Mars – Global Surveyor, and how do new ones appear?
Each city starts with one green disc, and a newly urbanized city starts with one too. Marsopolis and the blue urbanized city gain a disc whenever a blue cube is delivered there. A city can hold any number of green discs, and while it holds one it counts as green in addition to its own colour.
