Age of Steam
Can I replace a tile that carries another player's track?
The rulebook lets you replace a tile while maintaining another player's existing track and forbids modifying their track.

Yes, as long as every existing link on it stays connected the same way and the new tile is in supply. Players own track, not tiles. You cannot redirect another player's track.
