Age of Steam
How many cubes does the Production action draw, and can I look before placing?
The designer confirmed draw-then-decide and that Production is the only way to add goods.

Two cubes, drawn once before the Goods Growth dice are rolled (not once per side). Draw first, then place them on any two empty boxes of the Goods Display, in any column. Production is the only way to add cubes to the display.
