How is the CCCP final tiebreaker resolved when players are tied on red cubes?
The designer says the player with the fewest black cubes wins the tie, and if still tied the player with the fewest connections to red cities wins. The rulebook agrees on black cubes (most black loses) but says the player with the fewest links to red cities loses, which is the opposite of the designer's last step; the designer's wording is the newer ruling but may be a slip.
