Adding The Void to Your Game

The new crystals, spells and relics, together with their selection cards, can simply be added to your game. The same applies to the new breach mages and their unique cards.

Nemeses and Breach Mages

The card dividers for the nemeses and breach mages are already in the box of the base game, Aeon's End: War Eternal (W2-BA). The Void is part of the second wave and therefore belongs with that base game.

We strongly recommend playing these nemeses, for the best play experience, only with the general nemesis cards from the base game W2-BA. In principle, however, this expansion is fully compatible with all current and future base games. It only changes the difficulty level of the nemeses.

The insert does not restate the abilities of the nemeses or breach mages. These are printed on their own tableaus and cards.

Linkable Spells

Some spells in this expansion have a new effect: Linkable. This effect means that up to 2 spells marked Linkable may be prepped to the same breach (active or dark) at the same time. These may also be 2 different linkable spells.
