Card Layout

The printed cards show:

  • Name: the card name in small capitals at the top of the text panel.
  • Type: a banner at the bottom of the card. Gems and relics are labelled GEM or RELIC. Some cards are labelled TREASURED GEM or TREASURED SPELL.
  • Cost: a hexagon in the top-right corner. Most cards print a number. The cards marked TREASURED print the symbol "O" there instead. The card does not give that symbol a number, so it is transcribed as printed.
  • Set code: the code in the bottom-left corner, for example P130.
  • Aether: the card text uses the aether symbol. It is written as "aether" here.

Card Notes

  • Treasured type and "O" cost: the banner reads TREASURED and the cost hexagon shows "O". The cards do not say what the Treasured type means, so it is not explained here. The base game's rules for the Treasured type are not part of this file.
  • Recall (Talusoid Clod): the card prints a blue orb icon before the word "Recall". The card does not explain the icon, so it is transcribed as the word Recall only.
  • Cast: the printed text is "Cast: Deal 1 damage." (or the other Cast lines). The card does not name a target; the base game's rules for dealing damage on a Cast apply.
  • OR: where two lines are separated by the word OR, they are two alternatives printed on the same card, and the player chooses one.
  • Aether restrictions: several cards print aether that can only be used for a named purpose (for example, "can only be used to open a breach"). The restriction is transcribed as printed; how the base game tracks restricted aether is not stated on the card.
  • Ally: "Any ally" refers to the ally rules of the base game. The cards do not give further detail.
  • Set size: these fifteen cards are the ones verified from the scans. The pack is listed as having 32 cards; cards not present in the scans are not transcribed.
