Follow the potion's steps: heal half your maximum HP, shuffle your discard pile into your action deck, set aside cards from the top equal to one die roll, then draw up to maximum hand size and take your turn. Your hand is not discarded when you are knocked out. Posters disagree on whether your hand is shuffled in, but the rulebook text only shuffles the discard pile.
