How do random-direction enemy moves work, and is the direction deck reshuffled?
The rulebook says to draw a direction for random moves and reshuffle afterwards.

Draw the top direction card and move or attack in that direction. Always reshuffle the direction deck at the end of any turn in which it was used. How to handle a diagonal result is covered in the separate diagonal entry.
