The Card
The card prints no name. The title "Mystic's Hut" is the BGG item name.
- Star badge (top left): A four-pointed star. This marks the card as a Star House card (the base rulebook describes Star House cards by their star symbol).
- Cost (top left, on the gold tile): 8. The card costs 8 coins. Buying a building costs coins equal to its cost, paid to the supply (base rulebook, Build action).
- Reroll symbol (lower left): A curved arrow pointing back, with a six-sided die beside it. Base rulebook, Symbols: "Reroll: These symbols allow a player to reroll when performing an explore action. He must always keep the rerolled number. (If there are 2 symbols, the player could reroll twice per encounter.)" This card shows one reroll symbol.
- Hand with potion (lower left): A hand icon, with a potion jar beside it. Base rulebook, Symbols: "Potion (on card): When a player purchases a card with this symbol, he immediately gains 1 potion." The base rulebook does not define the hand separately; the potion-on-purchase meaning follows the card's description on BGG.
- Gold hexagon marked 2, with a quill (lower right): A gold hexagonal token showing the number 2, next to a quill feather. Base rulebook, Symbols: "Village Points for Villagers: This symbol gives 2 village points per villager the player owns." The base wording has no quill condition. The quill condition (2 village points for each villager showing a quill symbol in the player's village) comes from the card's BGG description, not from the card's icons alone. Villager quill symbols are defined in the base rulebook as: "Quill: A villager with this symbol can complete the Train action."
Notes
- The card's BGG description gives the reroll as "once per turn." The base rulebook scopes the Reroll symbol to each explore action (per encounter). This transcription follows the base rulebook wording; the card's own icon carries no timing.
