The Luggage Card with Hot Goods
This special card for the 20th anniversary of "6 nimmt!" is a reminiscence of the very first prototypes, in which there were cards with normal and "hot" goods. Holding hot goods was to be avoided, or, if you held them, you had to get rid of them quickly. With these suitcases full of "hot goods", Wolfgang Kramer went on a trip to the publishers over 20 years ago and presented his game. In April 1993 the presentation trip was then concluded at AMIGO.
Setup
The Luggage Card with the hot goods is shuffled in among the first 20 game cards at the start of the game. Whoever is dealt it during the normal dealing lays it face up in front of them and receives a replacement card from the face-down draw stack.
Gameplay
This special card is passed from player to player. Whenever the owner of this special card has to take a row, they pass the Luggage Card on to their left neighbour, who lays it face up in front of them.
At the end of the game, whoever owns the Luggage Card scores 10 minus points.
Exception: Whoever owns the Luggage Card and has not taken a single card (row) by the end of the game has successfully "smuggled" and instead scores 10 plus points.
