Component Notes
The faction boards print their resources and goods as icons. The icons are named here by their appearance:
- Worker: the black person silhouette.
- Goods: the three icons spent in the Actions — a grey gear, a red gun, and a blue box. The board's own text calls them "the Goods" ("Spend the Goods needed").
- Contact token: a coloured circle with an arrow. The grey, red, and blue versions are the single-colour contact tokens.
- Wild contact token: a circle split red and blue, with an arrow.
- Card: the brown card icon. The board prints it as a single unlabelled icon.
- Resource: printed as the word "Resource" in the 2-Worker Action, with no icon of its own on the board.
- Faction symbol: the emblem on the Production and Feature panels (a purple emblem for Hegemony, a bull skull for Texas).
Feature text prints the Card icon, transcribed here as "a Card".

Three Cities
Translated from the Hungarian rules sheet for the Three Cities micro-expansion (community translation by BEORN, 2016). The sheet does not name the three city tiles; its illustration shows the Boston Area and Jersey Crust tiles.
Setup
Place the 3 city tiles in the middle of the table. On each tile, place 2 resource markers matching the Building Bonus printed on that tile.
Give each player their own faction tokens. Return the other faction tokens to the game box.
General Rules
When you want to interact with a city tile, treat it the same way as any location already built in the game. For the meaning of the Deal value and the defence value (the number in the red shield), see below.
Production
In every Production phase, every city produces the resource printed on it (Production). Place the produced resources on the city tiles. They are not removed during the Cleanup phase.
Actions
During the Action phase you can interact with a city tile in two ways.
Deal: You may Deal with any city tile by discarding a number of blue contact tokens equal to the tile's Deal value. Mark that city tile with one of your faction tokens. You may treat it as a normal deal, like the other deal cards tucked under the top of your faction board. You receive the resource for it in the Production phase, just as you do for those deal cards, for as long as the city tile remains in play. Each player may place only 1 of their faction tokens on each city tile.
Raze: The defence of every city card equals the number in its red shield. To raze a city successfully, discard that many red contact tokens. Then discard the faction tokens on the tile. Take the resource on the city tile into your own supply.
