Can my President pass through or stop in an area with an opposing President?
The rulebook says you cannot stop in an occupied area and must keep moving.

It can pass through, paying that player 1 Yen, but it cannot stop there. Only a technology such as the Postal System lets you end in such an area. A 2026 post argues the 2024 edition's example shows otherwise; the rule text still forbids stopping.
