What happens to cubes a Transport mission jettisons when the target is an NPC?
The player jettisons the excess, so those cubes can't be picked up that turn, and NPCs never accept cargo. In solo, cubes an NPC jettisons are removed at round end, and each adds +2 to the NPC Fame roll.
