When an outfit has damage and a mod bonus, is the cap applied before or after the damage is subtracted?
Bonuses and damage are all added or subtracted first, allowing a temporary negative total. The cap (0 minimum, die maximum) is applied only at the end, so a 1 or 2 roll with 2 damage and no GTS moves 0.
