What does the Merchant Collector behavior do with the cargo it buys in solo?
The Collector buys cargo from the Economy Board without spending money, removing that cube from the board. It never sells or discards, so it keeps collecting; once it has 3 or more cargo aboard, the NPCs gain +1 FP each round. If its buy space has nothing to buy it leaves empty-handed, and destroying it lets you take what it carries.
