Can you buy more than one Fame Point per Business Phase with Wealth?

Yes — there is no once-per-turn limit on buying Fame Points normally; you can buy as many as you can afford, except that the Fame Point which wins the game cannot be bought. The asterisk on the once-per-turn wording belongs to the Fame Point from rolling a natural 20 (Luck). The Socialist Merchant event is the exception: while it is in play, only one Fame Point may be bought per turn.
