How does damage on an outfit change its rolls, and does adding more Armed Markers also reduce it?

Question

Accepted Answer

Each Damage marker on an outfit reduces each of that outfit's activation rolls by 1, to a minimum of 0. Extra Armed Markers placed to use an outfit do not carry any penalty; only Damage markers do.
