Can I cache several resources on one dragon in a single turn?

Yes, when an ability lets you cache more than once, such as the end-of-row Crimson Cavern action that caches two resources. Otherwise each ability happens once, so you need separate abilities or a card that says you can cache twice. Each resource cached triggers any "when caching" bonus separately.
