Do Wonderlandian abilities apply only in the Region where the figure stands?
Several replies agree and the designer-side FAQ treats them as region-bound; the rulebook is not explicit.

Yes. A Wonderlandian figure affects battles in its own Region only, unlike an unlocked Faction ability, which applies in any battle you fight. Item-card chips act wherever they are drawn.
