Call the Banners: add both Supporter numbers on a card (per an FAQ reviewed by the designer, as reported by a community poster). Be Yourself: needs four Tea Party cards with the Any Chip symbol. Optional rewards on cards seem to count too, but this is unofficial; for Survival of the Wittest, posters disagree on whether Corrupted cards' Shard icons count.
