Do Piping Hot and How Refreshing both trigger on a Tea Cup chip?

Yes. How Refreshing triggers when played, Piping Hot after Strength is gained. Moving the chip to the Madness track is not a Madness draw, so no unit is lost. Piping Hot still triggers even if the chip ended up with 0 Strength, because "after gaining Strength" is only a timing condition. An older community reply saying it does not is outdated.
