Why do some Oceania pink powers pay out at the end of the other player's turn?
The publisher said the wording is intentional and that no earlier birds have changed. Only two Oceania birds use it, and both take food from the feeder after the active player's turn, so nothing shifts during that turn. Staff could not speak to the designers' exact intent.
