Wingspan Asia
How does Duet mode score the end-of-round goals and decide the next first player?
Everything here is spelled out in the rulebook's Duet end-of-round and game-end text.

Only the player who contributes most to a goal scores its points; the other player places a cube below the tile for zero. Ties are friendly and both score. The player who came second takes the first-player token next round; on a tie it passes to the other player. At game end you also score 1 point per token in your largest connected group on the map.
