When can I reroll the birdfeeder, and does a reset reroll dice outside the feeder?
The rulebook gives the empty and same-face rules, and a Stonemaier staff reply confirmed that a reset takes in the dice outside.

If the feeder is empty, or every die shows the same face (wild counts as its own face), you may reroll all five before gaining food for any reason. A power that says 'reset the birdfeeder' rerolls all dice, including those sitting outside the feeder. A reroll after you have already started interacting with the feeder is not allowed.
